The CUSTOMER: Personal Service is absolutely #1! Our talented sales associates are very familiar with the merchandise and can help you with the selection of a gift. We always have a wide assortment of gifts to accommodate traditional, contemporary, young, and not so young preferences. We are pleased to offer special orders, complimentary gift wrapping, UPS shipping, and convenient parking. We are proud to feature seasonal customer promotional events, discounts, birthday coupons and special gifts-with-purchases.
The COMMUNITY: Giving something back is always fun and rewarding! Our community partner is Minuteman Senior Services, a not-for-profit organization that helps local elders and their families with their senior citizen needs. We feature an annual holiday Giving Tree program with over 500 names of needy seniors and their special gift requests. In addition, everyday we sell charitable women friend pins that generate over $5000 yearly in donations. We also donate to over 50 fundraiser events for the schools, houses of worship, and the Town of Lexington.
The CRAFTSPERSON: We are indebted to the creative people that produce many of the wonderful gifts that we offer in the stores. Many of these artisans depend on shops like ours to support their families, or supplement their income by using their skills to make the world a more beautiful place.
